MIND MAPPING TRAINING IN APPLICATION OF THE 2013 CURRICULUM THEMATIC LEARNING

Abstract


The 2013 curriculum requires all teachers to be ready to carry it out, although it runs gradually but has finally been implemented thoroughly and this requires the readiness of teachers in understanding assessments that are in accordance with the type of knowledge available. The condition is that there are still many teachers who are not ready and not as expected, as felt by the teachers of SDN Bomba In Bomba, Kabupaten Marawola. The implementation of curriculum 2013 thematically is still constrained by their understanding of how the implementation, methods and examples of effective evaluation techniques in their implementation. Many of them are still carrying out learning with old patterns due to lack of socialization and lack of training in curriculum implementation in 2013. Mind mapping is one of the easy models to be applied by elementary school teachers in order to implement the 2013 curriculum. The application of mind mapping in integrated thematic learning results in effective time. The purpose of the training is to improve knowledge, attitudes and skills that are ultimately able to improve the competence of individual teachers to face the job. This effort is carried out by first uniformizing perceptions about the 2013 curriculum, thematic learning and the application of mind mapping methods as one of the references.
