APLIKASI PEMBELAJARAN PENGENALAN KATA BAHASA LAMPUNG MENGGUNAKAN METODE GDLC BERBABASIS ANDROID

Abstract

Lampung Province has its own challenges in preserving the Lampung language. This is due to the geographical location of Lampung Province which is the main gate of Sumatra Island. In addition, the nature of the people of Lampung is very friendly which makes the people of Lampung very rarely use Lampung language when communicating with immigrant communities and a high sense of pride to use Lampung language when communicating with people in public places. This causes the younger generation in Lampung Province to become less familiar with the Lampung language. Therefore, a learning media was created for the younger generation in Lampung Province to learn Lampung language. This media is in the form of a learning application and the method used in this study is the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) which has 6 stages, namely initialization/concept creation, preproduction, production, testing, beta and release. The results of this study are in the form of a learning application that can be used by Ikadubas Lampung as an alternative medium for Lampung language learning media.
