PENERAPAN PROFILE MATCHING DALAM PEMILIHAN KARYAWAN TERBAIK PADA CV. JENDRA VISATAMA JAKARTA

Abstract

Human resources are one of the important aspects in realizing the vision of an organization or company. Regarding the company, in order for all activities related to the company to run well, the company must have employees who are knowledgeable and have high skills and the willingness to work and manage the company as much as possible. The instrument used in this study which functions as a data collection tool is in the form of a questionnaire. by using a Likert scale In this study of determining the best employees, researchers used samples taken from the population of employees at CV. Jendra Visatama totaling 35 employees. After doing research on CV. Jendra Visatama, after the results obtained by the author in the research of decision support systems for selecting the best employees at CV. Jendra Visatama, it will be tested using the profile matching method. Then the results of selecting the best employees are obtained through the profile matching method. Based on the testing and discussion of selecting the best employees on CV. Jendra Visatama by using the profile matching method, the conclusion that can be drawn from this research is the Profile Matching Method can be used as an alternative decision support system in determining the best employees at CV. General Visatama. Thus, the use of the Profile Matching method can assist in determining a decision. The stages of selecting the best employees calculated using the profile matching method begin with determining the gap, weighting the gap value, grouping core and secondary factors, calculating the total value, and finally determining the ranking.
