Abstract
ABSTRACT
Introduction : Tinea cruris is a dermatophytosis (a disease of horny tissue) caused by dermatophyte fungal infections in the cruris area (between the thighs, perineum, perianal, gluteus, pubis) and can spread to the surrounding area.
Case report : This report describe the case of a 71-year-old male patient with Tinea Cruris how the principles of management and therapy in this patient.
Conclusion : The basic principle of management and therapy for Tinea Cruris are giving antimicotic drugs to treatment the disease.Keyword : Tinea Cruris, Mushrooms, Antimicotic Drugs,
ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan : Tinea Cruris adalah penyakit dermatofitosis (penyakit pada jaringan yang mengandung zat tanduk) yang disebabkan infeksi golongan jamur dermatofita pada daerah kruris (sela paha, perineum, perianal, gluteus, pubis) dan dapat meluas ke daerah sekitarnya.
Laporan kasus : Laporan ini memaparkan kasus pasien laki-laki usia 71 tahun dengan kondisi Tinea Cruris, bagaimana prinsip menajemen dan terapi pada pasien tersebut.
Kesimpulan : Prinsip dasar menajemen dan terapi pasien ini adalah memberikan antimikotik atau antijamur untuk mengobati penyebabnya.Kata Kunci : Tinea Cruris, Jamur, Obat Antimikotik
