Validitas dan Reliabilitas Kuesioner Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Perilaku Gizi Seimbang Pada Remaja

Abstract


Pengetahuan, sikap dan praktek gizi seimbang akan berdampak terhadap status gizi remaja, sehingga dibutuhkan instrument pengukuran yang sudah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku gizi seimbang pada kelompok remaja. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dilakukan di SMPN 02 Limboto dengan jumlah sampel 30 siswa diambil secara accidental sampling. Analisis data validitas mengunakan korelasi pearson, sementara uji reliabilitas menggunakan internal reliability (cronbach α) dan eksternal reliability (test – retest) yang dilakukan berselang 14  hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 21 item pertanyaan pengetahuan gizi terdapat 2 item pertanyaan yang tidak valid, 27 item pertanyaan Que CA terdapat 2 item yang tidak valid, 15 item pernyataan sikap gizi seimbang terdapat 2 item yang tidak valid, 13 item pernyataan perilaku gizi seimbang yang valid. Uji internal reliability pengetahuan gizi seimbang, pengetahuan Ques CA, sikap dan perilaku gizi seimbang (cronbachα = 0,687; 0,653; 0,680 dan 0,725 berturut – turut), eksternal reliability dengan test – retest pengetahuan gizi seimbang, pengetahuan Ques CA, sikap dan perilaku gizi seimbang (r = 0,564; 0,642; 0,233 dan 0,683 secara berturut – turut), tidak terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan rata – rata skor pada pengukuran test 1 dengan tes 2. Kesimpulan validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner tergolong baik.
