IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENERTIBAN MINUMAN KERAS DI KECAMATAN PARIGI KABUPATEN PARIGI MOUTONG
Abstract
This research aims to find out and describe The Implementation of Liquor qurbing Policy In Parigi District of Parigi Moutong district Regency. The writer used theory adopted from Edward III covering Comunication, Dispsition, and bureaucratic Structure. The research method was descrpitif qualitative. Based on the analysis, the result reveals tha the implementation of liquor curbing policy in Parigi District of Parigi Moutong Regency have not been good and effective. It was proved by four aspects examined, they have not supported the factors stated by Edward III which is regarding factors of communicaton, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure author uses the theory of Edward III, which includes factors Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure, still many liquor sellers are freely selling it in Parigi District of Parigi Moutong Regency.
