Interpretasi Siswa SMA terhadap Grafik Kinematika

Abstract

This study was a qualitative descriptive approach that aimed to determine the high school students' interpretation of the kinematics graph. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri Model Terpadu Madani Palu. The subjects of this study were students of class XII-4 which consisted of 26 students. The research instrument were a respondent selection test, an essay test for the ability to interpret graphs and interviews. The selection test consisted of 20 items given to 26 students to determine 6 respondents and an essay test of the ability to interpret graphs consisting of 4 questions given to 6 selected respondents. Based on the research, the results show that the ability to interpret high school students towards the kinematics graph is in the low category.
