Pengaruh Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru IPA Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa SMP Negeri 3 Palu
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Palu pada bulan September - Desember tahun 2014. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru IPA terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMP Negeri 3 Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 3 Palu sebanyak 1483 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 148 siswa dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan angket tertutup. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,246 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,003 < α = 0,05 atau H0 ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi kepribadian guru dengan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana = 78,163 + 0,552X dan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,060 atau memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 6%.

This study had take place at SMP Negeri 3 Palu on September until December 2014. It aimed to shown influences of personality competence science teachers toward students learning outcomes by using descriptive methods. The study populations were all students of 1483 that enrolment in 2014. Some of them would become sample by using proportional random sampling methods, so it has took 148 of students only. The result of this study was correlation coefficient 0.246 by significant 0.003 < α = 0.05. It’s consequently rejected H0, it means personality competent teacher influenced to students learning outcomes. Orderly, equality regression of moderate linear was Ῡ = 78,163 + 0,552X and determined coefficient (R square) was 0.060. It has effective contributed 6%.
