Pengaruh Pemberian Ekstrak Daun Pegagan (Centella asiatica) terhadap Morfologi Spermatozoa Mencit (Mus musculus) Galur DDY

Abstract

This study aimed to clarify the effect of the leaf extract gotu kola of Centella asiatica the morphology of spermatozoa mice strain DDY. The method used is an experiment by using experimental design with a pattern of completely randomized design (CRD). Analysis of the data using analysis of variance (ANAVA) and further test BNT (0.5). The treatments used were mice strain DDY given leaf extract gotu kola (Centella asiatica) with 5 different concentrations 1%, 2%, 4%, 8%, 16% and control (no treatment) with repetition 3 times. The study states that the leaf extract of gotu kola (Centella asiatica) affect the morphology of spermatozoa of mice (Mus musculus) DDY strain at a concentration of 8%.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pemberian ekstrak daun pegagan (Centella asiatica) terhadap morfologi spermatozoa mencit (Mus musculus) Galur DDY. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan percobaan dengan pola rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Analisis data menggunakan analisis varian (ANAVA) serta uji lanjut BNT (0,5). Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah  mencit (Mus musculus) Galur DDY diberikan ekstrak daun pegagan (Centella asiatica) dengan 5 konsentrasi yang berbeda yaitu  1%, 2%, 4%, 8%, 16% dan kontrol (tanpa perlakuan) dengan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ekstrak daun pegagan (Centella asiatica) berpengaruh terhadap morfologi spermatozoa mencit (Mus musculus) Galur DDY pada konsentrasi 8%.
